Standards Home Care is a provider of home health care services in Massachusetts and Connecticut. We are dedicated to meeting the unique healthcare needs of Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, and many other HMO insurances. We strive to make your lives better by managing your health care at home.
Many of the families in our care receive day-to-day or weekly assistance – depending on the client or patient’s needs. To ensure that you receive their required care and assistance at home, we conduct home health needs assessments. We evaluate your health condition, the level of independence you want to keep, and the living environment you wish to stay in. Considering these relevant factors, our care coordinators and nurses will design the Home Health Care Service Plan accurately for your unique needs.
Your quality of living does not have to degrade by your being homebound. You are free to pursue hobbies and enjoy life while in the comforts of home. On the other hand, if you are a family caregiver, you can take a rest while our staff takes over your caregiving duties. We provide family members respite as our trained staff deliver exceptional care and attention to your loved one.
We deliver only the most dependable and genuine care services available. Our experienced staff offers nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and certified home health aides. Our professional healthcare providers are specially trained and experienced in the home health care industry to administer these services in the patient’s home.
