Your little one’s and/or teen’s developmental journey should not be confined within the four walls of a hospital room or intensive care unit. Through our pediatric care services, we allow your child to experience professional care at home, where they are more comfortable and confident to be themselves.

The Therapy Referral Process

When your child has been referred to Standards Home Care, our Intake Department staff will process the referral, verify insurance coverage, obtain the Physician’s Order and acquire insurance authorization. Our professionals will perform a thorough personal and home assessment for better treatment options.

Developing a Therapy Plan

During the plan creation, we coordinate with you, your child, your family, and other important people to be involved in the care process. Alongside your child’s needs, we will also discuss short- and long-term health goals, care preferences, and other factors contributing to the incorporation of therapy and treatment into your child’s routine.

Scheduling Your Therapy Visit

We work around a visit schedule that isn’t in conflict with your and your child’s. Moreover, we can arrange for therapy visits at home, your child’s school, and their daycare center whichever works for them and their comfort.
